First of all – you are now able to "follow" the thread which you’re interested in, by "subscribing" to it (at the very bottom of the page, where you add new post to that particular thread) – when somebody posts something in that thread, you will get an email notification.
Another important feature to note is that forums now are limited to license key which you own. All customers will have to enter their license key for particular product in order to access the forum of that product. This is done due to 2 issues. First – many customers post support questions in wrong forums (for example, question is about bookingwizz and they ask it in authorize.net forum…) and second – it allows us to better ensure that we’re providing support for actual customer, who purchased the product and not downloaded it from some warez sites.
